Maintain employees data

Hi there,

While setting up peoplesoft payroll interface, I have noticed that the employees are not all in the file export!? Why is that and have can I maintain the employees file please.

Hi Noel, Thanks a lot for your reply and it was very helpful, but I still in a functional way, I don't know how to maintain data in the right way, nor why I can't find all the employees in the file?!!
