Actual distribution process in peoplesoft

In which scenario, Actuals Distribution Process(PSPPFUND cobol) distributes the additional pay for 1 earning code into 2 accounts. One is coming from Earnings Account Mapping Table and other is coming from Chartfield defined for the combocode related to additional pay for the employee.
