Upgrade patches is encrypt for PT8.52.09

Hi,
i'm trying to update pt8.48 to pt8.52 using the template file downloaded from ftp://ftp.oracle.com/peoplesoft/ , but the file 85209.zip is encrypt. Could anyone of you know the password? Kindly to give me the password!

If you are using a patch file you must have downloaded it from Oracle Support which can be done only if you have a Support ID from the oracle(Paid).

Every path set has instuctions which contain passwords for the zip.

This is not the forum to ask for the password.
