When we began testing on PeopleSoft Financials/SCM release 9.2, we came across a problem locating the .PDF files for XML reports. After a little investigating, a team member found that it was required to retrieve the file from the Report Manager page. Knowing our users as we do, we knew that this would be a constant pain point, and the cause of constant lament. Our users already feel it is more clicks then they'd prefer, having to go to the Details link, then to the View Log/Trace link.

This morning, I was giving it some thought, and came up with the idea to add a hyperlink to the Actions section of the Process Detail page.
