Role: PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Location : McLean, VA

Duration : 6+ months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, individual who enjoys working on complex PeopleSoft implementations.

The candidate must have completed at least one full life cycle upgrade or implementation project.

This role will be responsible for designing and developing customizations, conversion, Integration, and reports on a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Re-Implementation project.

Must Have Skills:

Be able to design and develop enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM 9.0v applications for modules including Payroll, HR.
Experience using advanced tools like AWE in PeopleTools 8.50 or higher, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, AWE Workflow, PeopleCode and XML/BI Publisher.
Expertise in PeopleCode, CI, Workflow - AWE and SQL.
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) / Web Services is a plus.
5 - 10 years PeopleSoft HCM with release 9.1 experience working on implementation and upgrade projects.
Experience working on PeopleSoft Core HCM, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Payroll Interface modules.
PeopleSoft Mobile functionality, Manager Work Centers, Activity Guides, Pivot Grids.
