5. Campus Community

It holds the core person and organization data that is shared across the database by Student Administration (SA) and Human Resources (HRMS).
In Campus Community, everyone is identified by their Unique ID (Employee ID or EMPID). Everyone from prospectus, applicants, current staff, faculty and students receive a unique ID when they are first entered into the system. This ID will stay with them no matter how many relationships they may have with the university over time.
Whenever we add, update or view Name and Address data for a student we are interacting with the Bio/Demo data stored in campus community.
In addition to the data mentioned above, campus community maintains other data related to campus activities including
