Position Management? PS 9.1

I am looking into implementing Position Management in our PS 9.1 environment.

can any one give me suggestions on a good place to learn more about what Position Management is and what is involved in implementing it?

I've also been told that it is important to go to Partial Position Management; I'm not sure what this is exactly but I'd welcome the opportunity to learn more about it.

Search PeopleBooks for Position Management. It does a good job of explaining the full and partial position management.
